hood strut replacement

alright i was wondering if anyone has replaced their hood struts (hoodlifts), and if so what all do you need to do?

do you need a wrench, pliers, flathead philips, ratchet set?

all you need is a flathead..literally takes 5 seconds per side. just slide the flathead into those tabs and pull the hood strut out. make sure you leave something to prop the hood up, one strut wont do it..i found out the hard way

nope - look at the blue bar under your name in the top right corner. 6th word from the right, 7th from the left.
