Trying to hook up my generic cia i had ceramic coated. The intake has only 2 ports on it for hoses but i have 3 spots (labeled) for hoses to go. Number 1 hose is from the tb. Water is pouring from the number 3 ive labeled into the intake!!!! What am i doing wrong? & how should it be hooked up?

Hose 1 goes to the intake.

Can't 2 and 3 tell from your pic because you put them so close to each other. But the hose coming from under the engine cover (next to oil cap) goes to the intake as well.

The third hose that has coolant goes to it's source...trace the old tubing and re-connect it.

you unhooked a hose that you shouldnt have. There shouldnt have been a hose with coolant hooked up to your old intake. That hose should be connected somewhere to your TB.

Or just pull the other coolant hose off, connect the two with a brass fitting, and you've done the TB coolant by-pass! It will help keep the TB cool and take full advantage of that CAI.
