HELP!! Need Info

Hi Guys and Girls.. I need to know how can i have the hi-beam and fog lights on at the same time, witout holding black the hi-beam switch. lol i have 8000k HID's on top and bottom and yellow PIAA bulds on the hi-beam. plz help. thanks
