i think you just need the bulbs. Our car comes with the converter already. maybe some 6000k or 8000k would be the crystal blue. i have 8000k and for purple not really sure but maybe 4000k or something

Why a crystal blue or lavender look?? Neither will help you see better. Stick with the Stock 4300k to 5k.
And try to use the Search Button. You will find all the answers you need faster.

So you would rather it "look cool" than be functional? Im sorry, but blue lights dont look cool and dont do any thing for visibility. I dont know why so many think blue lights look cool rather than having the brightest possible light. I love how the TSX lights light up so much more of the road and are whiter than mine (i have 6k and have hated them since the min i put them in) If i had more money to waste i would do a projector retro in a heart beat to get the more light.

ever single person that i know that has wanted blue or purple lights i have wanted to stab in the face because you lose light output. if you must have more color i would not go over 6000k, but i recommend as others here get 4300k.
Or get retro fitted projectors i have projectors on the s2k and damn are they bright and i can see everything and it is very nice. Of course i will be sticking with stock bulbs for the light output.

Now the brightest light output will be 4300k-4500k = White
5k = Not As Bright White As 4300k -4500k But Still Way Brighter Then Everyone under it
6k = White With A Hint Of Blue
8k = Sky Blue ( I Have these)
10k = Dark Blue
12k = Dark Blue With Hint Of Purple
Now regardless of what people say, an HID system will always be a way brighter then halogen bulbs, but the higher in kelvin you go, the less light output there is on the road. Even though that "blue light" look is cool, it fatigues the eyes very fast and I have a first hand experience on that.
go to DDM-Tuning dot Com and you can get a pair of bulbs for under $40 including shipping. They're a very reliable source and I've been dealing with them for over 2 years
