Headlight altercations

I would like to open up my headlights and color match them to my car, Ive done this before on a few cars and its fairly easy.
But my question is how do you remove the glass on the low beams like picture below? Is there major modification needed or can it just be popped out and then re sealed?

damn, somebody else started making the blacked out ones again...

on a side note... whats the downfall to the lens being removed.. more glare for oncoming drivers?

taking it out will reduce light output.

IMO that same inner glass, gives it a more luxary look compared to the bright ass glare you get without it....yes if you remove it, it will look much brighter, but then the glare will also be another issue
