Cool Foglight and CAI

I am having some questions about the CAI with foglights. I was doing a search and didnt really come across anything worth helping, so i was wondering if i can do anything about getting the AEM CAI but i have foglights and its not meant to be installed on those. Can someone give me an alternative to installing? Lower filter? but i think i will hit every drive way i come across. Any suggestions?

you'll be fine with the aem cai. many of us have it with no fitment issues. if there is a problem just use a hacksaw to cut out an inch or two from the middle of the pipe and install a bypass valve or just reconnect

Don't worry about the air flow issues. I got a CAI no ebay (generic with k&n cone filter) that is for non- foglight cars but they did not tell you that. You see it when you install it. I just cut it with a chop saw and a metal cutting blade and all is well.
