If they are rusty moisture has gotten in. No way to remove it other than take the lenses off (not something to do easily)

I can tell you from personal expierience that i tried cleaning mine and the cleaner i used took the chrome coating off which resulted in buying new foglights. Maybe now would be a good time to go ahead and do the Lexan conversion.

If you do decide to just clean them i would use some very mild soap and water. I would stay away from 409, simple green and cleaners of that nature.

I did the lexan lens mod the first day i got my TL lol, my fogs were cracked and rusted inside also. I just painted the inside black since there was nothing else i can do. Do the lexan lens mod, cheap and easy to do if you have a dremel.

Ive done the lexan conversion and have had no issues with it. I wish i wouldve have done it before i did instead of buying the expensive glass ones that will only break again

Lexan MOD x ZILLION!

Depending on how is your fog you can just paint them... I had only my Glass broken so I only did Half BlackOut + Lexans, Cheap and Fast IMO.

*They have the Lexans
