Fog lights
What is the easiest way to put on fog lights for a 99 tl ? Anyway to put one on without cuting the front bumper ? Are there any universal fog lights that will fit ? Anyone advice would be appreciated, thank you.

this is the DYI - you have to "cut" the bumper. it doesn't look too hard, i have an 03 with fogs so i wouldn't know how hard its really going to be cus i already got em. good luck with this
