Exhaust Systems

My car got rear ended today, luckily its not bad but the exhaust system is all twisted up. It will most likely have to be replaced, I was wondering if anyone knew how much the stock exhaust is? and... if its worth it to get an aftermarket exhaust for the right price, if it will be covered. Im looking for an exhaust that isnt loud, but decent power gains? Give me some suggestions, Apexi Comptech? and where to buy it?

The Comptech Exhaust is what you are looking for. It has the mildest sound and only has 3.5 inch tips. It really looks excellent, not too big(rocket launcheresque tips) but not too puny looking (obviously, I encourage you to explore each exhuast option but I think you will gather the same impression of the Comptechs as I did). From what I have read on the forum, the exhuast system on the TL-p's and Type S's are not very restrictive to begin with, thus adding an after market system will not yeild too much gains. The Comptech cat back costs about 1K, so it is rather expensive. I believe the other cat back systems are around $500-600. Also, if you have a TL-P Comptech only makes the mufflers for your car(around $600).

Guys correct me if I'm wrong but I believe my information is accurate.
