The Magnaflow mufflers are not bolt on's. You will have to have them welded on. The mufflers will cost you about $200 and $100 or so for install. The Comptech exhaust can be bought just as an axleback which includes the 2 mufflers and partial piping. It is a bolt on system and you could install it in your driveway. They both have similar sounds. The Magnaflow mufflers are stainless steel but the piping you have done more than likely will not be SS. The Comptech is all stainless steel, including the piping.

I bought the Magnaflow Catback Exhaust for the 98-02 AV6 Accord brand new for about $500 bucks shipped. All you need is a 2 inch extension near the cat (paid 80 bucks for the install), and everything else bolts up perfectly. Its all SS and looks almost exactly like the Comptech exhaust and sounds great, at half the price.

The comptech allows you to use the quiet tip inserts and change your resonator to a smaller one allowing you to have a louder and quieter exhaust all in one
