downpipe --> cat gasket size

does anyone know what diameter it is from my DC headers to the stock cat? i thought it was 2.25, but now i'm not sure if it is 2.5 inches. i want to replace the gasket in between there with a metal one and make sure it's the right size. i know i could unbolt it and measure what size it is, but i'd rather get the gasket before hand. thanks for any help.

My friend picked them up from a local shop that sells performance parts. I'm not sure of the brand sorry...

Just go to any muffler shop and ask them for one.

i did. they asked me for a size. hence me asking for the size of the gasket. i can find out once i take it out, but then its just inconvienent for me because i have to have someone drive me to the parts store after i take it out. i'd rather get all my parts before i do the switcharoo.
