Depends what you're using it for...

If you drive you car hard, or track often...go for it.
If you want to avoid tranny problems...don't waste your money.

Sorry if this has been covered before, the current computer I'm on is REALLY slow when I use the search function...

What else would I need and how would I hook up the cooler to the trans if I went the auto parts store route? It would be more cost effective and more fun putting a "kit" together from scratch....

I had a tranny cooler put on by the guy that rebuilt my transmission. Alot of the rebuilders I talk to said that a cooler would help the tranny , It can't hurt it. My tranny cooler gets REALLY hot even after driving a mile the cooler is too hot to even touch!

Hey Stoned, can you zoom out a little on the pic, I need to know a GOOD placement for it...and the size if you remember...

I'd like to do this "soon"..after I fix the axle problem... =/

You can see the cooler through the grill with the hood down but I popped the hood so you can see it better...
I prob gets GREAT airflow through the grill and the fan pulling the air through the cooler and the radiator!
