Do mods affect or increase the likelihood of a transmission failure?

Would installing XS headers increase the chances of a replacement transmission to fail? I also am interested in intake and the crank pulley replacement. Would this be a bad idea? My transmission is being replaced as we speak. My car has 98k.

nope, the issue with our trannies is not that they can't handle the power of our engine's or more power like a SC or bolt-on's, bu the lack of fluid cooling down the 3rd gear clutch packs. You are safe to add as many bolt-on's as you desire.
