DC Sports headers.

Just installed them on 2003Tl-S's car and every thing went good. We had to remove the rear engine mount bracket to get the rear manifold on, but other than that they seem like a great header. Every thing bolted right up no forcing or any thing to get them to fit.

They dont how ever fit the 6 speed.

Just got home, man this car is going to get me in trouble, the gains are great, felt it the first time I nailed it. There were a few bursts from 65-110 on the way home As a few other members had experienced I do however have a little vibration issue between 1500-1900 rpm when accelerating slowly from stop, not all the time though. So I am going to try and bang on that flex pipe a little bit to loosen it up. Other than that I have a hissing noise when I get on it but I think its the same thing that Lacviet has since fsstyms1 and I checked for leaks and there weren't any, so hopefully this is normal. Thanks for all your help on the install!!!

No problem! Maybe if you can get under and unbolt it from the cat and twist teh flex pipe somemore. I did it a little bit before install. maybe it could use a little more. the sound you hear may be from the mild steel not absorbing the sound as much as a stainless which is harder.

sometimes those bolts w/ the springs gotta be tighten a little more and sprayed w/ some WD 40.

also make sure the heatshied near the cat is not rubbing against the header itself.

Thats kind of what I was planning on doing with the flex pipe. The reason I think the hissing is normal is that I can sit and rev the engine in park and I don't hear it, its only under load, but we'll check it tomorrow, it's bar time!!!!
