Custom 4" Intake.

I'm thinking about getting a P2R custom 4 inch intake. What you guys think. Is it worth the $210?

i doubt it, since the TB isnt 4 inches. I think the differences are negligable. get a 4inch throttle body, then get a 4 inch intake.

Yea. a custom made one. since P2R is local i been talking to them about various things. and it will be like a V2. it will start off the same size as my TB but them expand out 4 inches.

their is a lot of variables that play into role rather than just the size of the pipe. the 4" p2r intake has a velocity stack like the v2, but bigger. if u google velocity stack, you will know what it does and the benefits of having it. if i recall the p2r intake made more hp then the icebox which is the one that used to make the most, an the p2r looks sick.

Hum, what are they making it out of? I assume aluminum, but need to ask. I have an Icebox, and had the rest of my intake parts bored out . . . I can say from the cars responsiveness that there's a definate HP increase. As noted on other threads the tires loose traction when punching it in 1st gear around 20mph and up. Depending on what these custom pieces look like, I might be interested myseld . . down the road when I get a job.
