Comptach c-back w/magnaflow resinator??

I recently picked up a Comptech cat-back but, the sraight pipe portion which bolts to the cat has a magnaflow resinator on it. Are there any advantages/disadvantages in having it on there? I know it won't be as loud, but it must be better than having the factory resinator on, right?

Anyone have opinions? or feedback from anyone with the same set-up?

Here;s a generic pic of where it's welded:

Thanks.....I'm probably better off leaving it on there since the police around here are real ball-busters. I'll try to post a clip after the exhaust is installed, in case anyone is interested in how it sounds with the magnaflow resonator.

The exhaust is on!!

Took the stock exhaust off the easy way......:

After the install: (I fixed the hanging passenger pipe, after I took the pic )

It feels good to actually have some sound come from them tips.....not really loud, but is definitely noticeable. I recorderd a clip on a digital camera...didn't come out that great but I'll try to post it soon.
