can i remove an oem lipkit?

can i remove an oem lipkit?

I have a stock 2001 TL, and I want to maybe buy a lipkit off of someone who is selling there car for maybe like 150 bucks. Is that possible...is it easy to remove from one car and put on mine? If so, how..thanks!
