hey guys, im not sure if this has been answered but im having a tough time finding the answer to this question: im looking to buy axlebacks for my 2000 tl, obviously its not a type s, what is the size of the inlet for our mufflers? i wanna make sure i get the right size inlet.

 

what does inlet have to do with buying axlebacks..

they're direct bolt on..

unless you're talkin about just buying universal mufflers and welding those on in place of your stock ones

 

im buying comptechs off a type-s tl, i thought the tl-s and tl-p had different size inlets, 2.25 or 2.5, that doesnt make a difference?

the comptech axle backs fit both tl-s and tl-p
its the comptech b-pipe upgrade that does not fit the tl-p

 

okay, these mufflers came off of a full cat-back exhaust for an 03 tl-s, he sold the piping and is selling me the mufflers, am i good or will they not fit?
