Apexi exhaust fitment question

I'm selling an Apexi WS exhaust that came from my 2001 Acura CL Type S and an interested fellow forum member inquired if it would fit his/her 2002 TL Type S. Can anyone provide insight please. Thank you.

wont fit. tl is longer. only way it will fit is if he takes it to an exhaust shop and lengthens it
