Aftermarket Catalytic Converters

Has anyone has experience with aftermarket Cats? Good or Bad ?
Has changing Cat improved fuel economy?

some have. Unless there is something wrong with yours i wouldnt even bother. You wont see any improvement unless like said before there was something wrong with it

I do have the CEL lit up and it seems performanced has dropped and I have to hit the gas pedal a little harder. Just wondering if I should replace it with OEM parts or go cheap
??????????

get a high flow cat at least......and the best company is Random Tech. or of course Magna Flow make an application........Also some shops wont replace your cat unless it is damaged,check your local laws..
