coilovers should come with new shocks/struts
otherwise you are just buying a set of coil springs,,shorter than stock

stock 99 shocks and lowering springs = soon to be buying new shocks!
they are not made to operate beyond a certain range- lowering causes them
to do that and the main seal fails inside = new shock

ck MrHeelToe and Excelerate on here in the black market- sponsored sales threads
or their websites for more info

you will forever hate how your car rides when you put those on.

i suggest pairing them with a good set of shocks.

by the time money is spent on shocks, you will notice that you could have bought F&F Type-I coilovers with just a little bit more.

Im very happy with the TEIN SS, which beside having a threaded collar to move the lower spring perch and adjust car height, the shocks are designed to give the same
amount of travel as stock- even though lowered (a major bonus not found in other brands)

and the trick part: the top adjustment for oil flow rate- changes dampening from setting 16 super stiff-race track use, down to to 0, which makes the car wallow
so 2-4 clicks is great for a wife pleasing amount of bumps absorbed

It will seem to hop over bumps rather than go thru them
does increase ride stiffness from that perspective- but you didnt want to lower the car and get performance shocks and springs to have it ride like an old lady car, right?
