I love the mean and aggressive look of the 02-03 TL front fascia. The HIDs also look better shining through clear jeweled lenses and the factory fogs are a perk. The 99-01 has a front end almost identical to the Accord.

price is around 5 grands.

you need:

hood, fenders, rad. support, headlights, headlights supports, hood latch needs to be modified, windshield washer nozzles, complete grill assy, fog lights (if you want em), bumper, bumper beam needs to be modified, HID ballasts are different too... i prolly forget some stuff.. but that's all i can think of right now.

99-01 looks good, 02-03 does look a little better, but with a glass tranny, i'll keep my 99. if I wanted a glass tranny I would have bought the tl-s on the lot when I bought my car.

 

dont hate on the 99-01's still the same car with a different nose then the 01-03, besides the Type-S basically the same car, i have a 99, but i like the 01-03 a lil more, but ill take what i can get. . .

 

that plus a 99-01 can probly get u a type s

 

All TL's have glass transmissions. That's just part of this car's ownership.
