3g exhausts compatible with 2g tl?

3g exhausts compatible with 2g tl?
I see that there is alot more variety as far as catback systems go for the 3g tl's. has anyone made a 3g catback system work on a 2g?

Nobody has done it, but with some $$$ I don't doubt it can be done.

But at that point it would probably cost more to do it that way than to have a custom exhaust made.

and considering a couple of the exhaust are from "smaller" companies, i would not be surprised if you liked their mufflers enough, you could inquire to them, about getting a set of just the mufflers

maybe if you email them directly


but i think the main demand they see is for entire systems, so that is what they sell; but be willing to sell them separate, hey a sale is a sale....
