i have a 01 tl and i want to know what would be the best type of exaust and headers to run on it for the most quality of sound im looking for a tight sound not some rattiling very open sound....

no.. needs different flange to connect to our cat

piping on the other hand.. its very similar
can't be sure that it'll fit like a glove tho.

what ever a stock muffler, resonator , a little muffler and about 3 feet of pipe weigh, I saved weight, have perfectly tuned and balanced exhaust gasses, plus an awesome sound filling up the block as I drive, as is idles you can hear the low tones that resonate in your chest as you stand 5 ft. behind my vehicle from a cold start, even sounds mean with the windows up. plus the ss headers weigh way less than the castiron pan stock manifold, which weigh 17.5 lbs headers and downpipe alone
