1st time Seafoamer, help wanted!

Buying Seafoam for my tls that's been sitting w/ 210xxx miles. Should I Seafoam the day I get an oil change and tune up? How should I Seafoam it? thanx in advance

SeaFoam in the oil before you change it. Then drain when the oil is HOT.

SeaFoam the gas tank before the spark plugs.
