there are no kits. everything will have to be custom.

with that being said; some one is selling their custom kit

https://acurazine.com/forums/car-par...bo-kit-938107/

it will be your job to figure out how to install it. it will be your job to address heat problems. it will be your job to find out how to tune it. it will be your job to figure out things if it's not working correctly.

It's a lot of money for just a little bit of boost and some bragging rights. If you took that same amount of $ and put it into building a custom 3.7 engine with headers, exhaust, intake, etc etc you will probably be out cheaper with more HP.

I know some others have different opinions about it but if you're going to spend the money on a turbo I think you'd be better off figuring out how to drop compression and then get more boost for the same amount of money.

I been working on cars since I was 14 for my uncles shop. I know how to install parts, tune cars, and how to do maintenance for a car. This isn't my first rodeo bro. But THX for the comment.

^^ Why bother asking then? If you can do that and have all the experience in whole wide universe then you SHOULD KNOW there are no branded turbo kits for the J Series platform of any kind. Besides the obvious universal crap-ware from EBay, Any turbo setup is Custom Made only.

He answered your question, There are no kits.
Only F/I Plug & Play is the Comptech Supercharger.

Cool story bro. Now all you need to do his learn how to weld, fab, and machine so you can build you're own turbo kit.

try not to act so arrogant, especially since you're asking others for help...

I don't think you could have made yourself look any worse, if your goal was for people to respect you for what you know, you have failed horribly. Maybe take some of the time you spend on "maintenance" and "tunning" and ask your parents to teach you how to be polite.

JDM Universal T3 T4 Turbo Kit turbocharger Intercooler Wastegate BOV Boost Gauge | eBay

It fits the Acura TL. I'm sure with your experience working at your uncle's shop you are capable of making this work for your car.

My dad works at a machine shop so he told me he will help me fabricate a tubing kit. And i'm not acting ignorant, i just told the guy that i'm not new to the car world. I appreciated his reply.

Would a 3.7L fit in a base TL? I don't own a Type-s sadly. Thx for the info to.

I only been a mechanic for 3 years. I never been into the honda/acura motors. I owned a 03 cobra and a 350z. I asked the question because i didn't know. I needed help from more experienced people in the honda/acura community.

You can put in a 3.7L crank and rods to make a 3.6L engine. Then you can bore to 3.7L, but you obviously shouldn't bore if you want to turbo. Honestly though, your car is not ready for a turbo. You should have at least a J32A2 with a tuning solution. The only real solution is the AEM EMS 2, and you will need to do a 6 speed manual transmission swap for that.

I'm wanting to swap a j32a2 in my car but i didn't know if it would be a plug and play plus the transmission. And if i do swap it i can just put the crank and rods in? And i bought the AEM EMS 2 yesterday and a aftermarket crank pulley. it was the XLR8 pulley.

The J32A2 swap is just plug n play. You will have to use a manual transmission for the AEM EMS 2. I would just turbo the J32A2, forget the 3.5L.
