02-03 Lip for 99-01
There used to be a vendor on eBay (GroundVelocityKits) that sold lip kits for the 99-01 TLs that had a front lip that looked like the 02-03. It probably was just a 02-03 fabbed to fit a 99-01 bumper. But this seller seems to magically disapeared. Any idea where I can get a lip kit like this?

Probably just going to have to do it yourself. NBP00TL has done it to his car, ask him.
