Hi all,

Does anyone use a Zune HD in their TL? Just purchased one, curious if anyone else has already did all the thinking for me in regards to hooking it up

i have my original zune in my car the easiest way is with a after market deck, then i took out that cup holder piece then put my home dock in there with the screen facing up and the power cord just goes into the center console plug. then the for the a/v cord i drilled a hole in between the cup holder and the center console then ran the cord through the hole, into my brain under my passenger seat, or if you have a hu that has the "av in" behind the deck you can run it under the center console.

planning on get a hd soon so i will need a new home dock.

Anyone else tried integrating a Zune HD recently? I have had one since 11/09 and believe it is awesome... I have seen some pretty smooth Zune integrations on YouTube, but not with the Zune HD in an Acura. I also have an 05 TL w/ Navi that I want to integrate my Zune into. I'm thinking about using Soundgate products as they allow for control through the steering wheel and factory head unit. It's expensive though and I'm afraid to be a pioneer :-P Pics and videos would help

I can confirm that Soundgate's products will work with a Zune HD:

I haven't installed them; waiting on the next car for that. But it will give stereo out and video out as well. The remote will control a Zune HD.

This is actually kind of a surprise to me because I have two docks for my Zune 30 that are not compatible with the HD.

Any personal experience with these? They are noted as compatible with my model (05 TL), but I just want to hear if anyone has actually used them and if they liked their experience with these. Thanks.
