I had a 2002Tl_S and it had HiD zenon lights with a bluish tint, especially when you first turned them on. I have the New TL and the lights are supposed to be bi-zenon and they are the best lights I have had on any car and even better than my other Acura; however, there must be a different color temp. to the lights and no momentary bluish tint when you fiirst turn them on. The high and low beam are supposed to be hid. On the other acura's low beam were zenon and the high beams were quartz halogen. Anyone else notice this?

they have to warm up, and the color should be a little different, now that they are projectors with a shutter

The 04 TL have HIDs for low and high beams. The 99-03 TL and TL-S have HIDs as low and regular halogens for high.

As 2004 Tl stated 04 have projectors , so the color comes off diffrently like in other cars with Projector Xenons , X5, E500 , etc......
