Zaino and Anthricite Color

I just moved from a 2001 CL-S to a 2003 TL-S in Anthricite.

My Question is...

I know that Zaino really brings out the color of the car as well as protect the finish, but will it be worth the time to apply with this color?

Thanks, J

It's worth it on any color... especially a dark color. That's when wax brings out the shine of a car. Since Anthracite is a darker color it will really make it stand out.

I have it Zainoed and it looks awesome. Have 2003 TLS. I can drive looking of the hood instead of looking forward. Not really suggested though.

There is no such thing as a 2002 Anthracite TL-S. Anthracite was a new color for the Type S in 2003. Are you sure you have a 2002? If you do in fact have a 2002 you might have a rebadged TL-P that looks like a TL-S ... Sorry, not trying to be an ass, just trying to look out for you.

EDIT-Looks like you updated the post with the correct year. Sorry bro, just wanted to make sure you didn't get scammed if you bought a 2002 Anthracite TL-P

Looks like he changed his post. Strange in that he/she does not know the model year of their car.

Typos are fine here. Some people just point out everything (I have found we like to be exact around here). No worries.

I've been using Zaino on my whip since I got it last june. Totally worth it. I've worked with some of my friends on older cars with the zaino treatment. This stuff makes ANY car look great.

Its all good, we all make typos I just wanted to make sure that you didn't really buy what you thought was a 2002 Anthracite TL-S and it ended up being a TL-P. We've seen a lot of cars on eBay advertised as a TL-S but was actually a TL-P with new wheels and the Type-S badge. Sorry to cause ya any trouble.

no problem at all. thanks for looking out for me. but, in my opinion, you'd have to be nuts to buy a car on ebay.

2 cents

Are there any better places to buy Zaino than direct from them? Maybe someplace I can order online?

If you do a quick search on this website for zaino and online you'll find a place that sells it online, I can't remember off the top of my head, but there is one. However it is more expensive than buying it direct from www.zainobros.com or www.lazaino.com (For you west coast people). If I ordered my last Zaino shipment from the online store it would have been a lot more expensive (like $150 versus $100) after shipping and all ... (they dont have flat rate shipping like zainobros.com does).

I usually get my stuff from zainobros.com in 1-2 weeks after I mail them a check, so if you don't mind waiting I'd go with them (or like I said, www.lazaino.com for people on the west coast).
