You think warranty will cover??
I was going about 90mph on the freeway, while every one is going about 65 when a A$$hole with a truck cut me off about 3 car lengths in front of me. There were cars around me so I couldn't maneuver around him so I stomped on the brakes. I could feel the ABS work for like a second and then the front tires locked. I skid pretty far (15 yards) until I finally slowed down to about 50mph (thats how fast the truck was going) I realized the ABS light was on and my car was making a thumping sound. I found out it was a flat spot on my tires from the skidding. I still don't know whats wrong with my ABS. This is where my question comes in. Do you think the dealership will cover my tires because the ABS failed?? Please let me know what you guys think.

Could go either way. If the dealer finds that there's a defect in the ABS they might do something about the tires. If they take the hardline "tires aren't covered by Acura" you're on your own. If they do find an ABS problem and reject your tire claim you should call Acura Customer Care to see if they'll do anything.

i hate people who do that. i was going down this road by my house, VERY good visibility. i admit i was going just a tad faster tad the limit, but this @sshole decides to pull onto the road about 100 feet infront of me after sitting there waiting, watching me get closer and closer really fast. are people like this just asking to get killed? i had to swerve just to avoid hitting him and nearly lost control. as for the warranty issue, if the damage was caused by the faulty abs, they should replace ur tires for free. if not, u can argue it.
