Does anyone know the size of the down pipe of XS Power headers??? I need to replace the flexpipe on my set....a hole opened up on the bottom side of it. I have the single flex pipe design so this is the flex pipe right before the catalytic converter.

just take it to the muffler shop and have them replace it. i need to do mines too and they told me it would cost about $40, kinda debating on if i want to just put a piece of pipe there instead of the flex pipe so i wont have that issue in the future

Hopefully a muffler shop would talk you out of the piece of pipe idea. The engine moves in it's mounts, and you need the flex pipe to keep exhaust pieces from breaking.

The welds could start cracking if you just put in a pipe.

Yeah I would definitely not put straight pipe in just a better quality flex pipe should do the trick.

i replaced mine last month it was cheap and quick just go to a muffler shop
