XPEL, is it worth it, any problems with it?
I searched the forums for it, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info on it other than people suggesting we look into it?
Any users out there with some info?
Thanks.

i have them on my front 4 lights and i love them. they have prevented my headlights and fogs from breaking a lot of times. it can stand 120 miles rock impact and it's some thick plastic. great stuff. i have seen some marks done by rocks on the plastic already but my lights are all intact. i got them after i broke my fog. a new fog (when i got mine) was 60 bucks and these stuff are just 80 bucks, very good deal
there are also kits for the body of the car but imho they are not as great. you might just as well go to the local detailing stores to have people custom made for you

I have had it on my hood, mirrors, and lights for 6 months now. Of course, I got a paint chip one inch above it! Anyway, my car is Diamond White and the X-pel seems to be yellowing faster than they said it would. Also, the edge collects dirt and it is very hard to clean. I would investigate other brands more thoroughly to see how they perform and compare. I do like it on my headlights and fogs. So the trade-off is, paint chips or a yellowing band across your hood with a black edge on it...
I had Xpel installed on my hood, mirrors, bumper and fenders. Here are how I feel about it:
Hood - pretty good, but you'll still get few stone chips. Usually happened just few inches above the covered area.
Bumper - covered entire "front" not entire "bumper"; but that's good enough. Works great for me, no chips on the bumper.
Mirrors - covered most of the painted area. I think it's more for bugs than stone chips.
Fenders - USELESS!!! unless ask for a custom cut. The original kit only came with a very very small peice in triangle shape to put on. It pretty much only cover 1/10 area of the fender.
Overall, they are worth it to put it even thought you will still have chances to get stone chips but at least you can minimize it. (Unless you cover entire car with Xpel to prevent any stone chips.) However, you may need to spend more time to do detail works 'cuz those edges are pretty easy to collect dust or wax.
