Xenon Depot will not warrantee their Bulbs

I bought a pair of Xtreme HID 6500k D2R Bulbs for my 02 TL-S in August and last week I noticed that one of the bulbs is changing color. I sent this picture to a person in customer service and he claims that there is nothing wrong with the bulbs. I think that the change in color after 4 months of use is a major problem (I waited a month since they were on back order).

PayPal can does not offer buyer protection after 45 days. I am thinking about going to the Better Business Bureau.

Has anyone had a problem with bulbs changing color? The guy at Xenon Depot claimed that this is common, but I think that is a load of...

I see a pretty big difference. Let me know what you think

Obvious difference to me ...

Btw, I don't like ur USC license plate frame. Should I send you a UT one that says "Two Time Rose Bowl BCS Champions"? I'll ship it for free!

The original picture still has your plate showing.

And yeah, there's a MAJOR difference between the two. Keep on fightin' 'til you get replacements. That's BS.

Thumbs down

Make sure you swap the bulbs to confirm the problem.

Definitely go to BBB and file a claim if they denied to replace a defective bulb. They shouldn't be in business to scam people if they don't stand behind their products and don't honor their indicated warranty period.
