I was out of town in Austin, TX last night. I got sideswiped by some mexican in a old ass mercury mistique. Messed up thing was, a mexican cop was in charge of this accident. And guess what? He was on their side!! I talked to some white cops... they said it was clearly the mexican's fault. BS!!! Don't know what to do right now... I feel like im gettin dicked over. Here's the damage: right fender pushed in real bad, ripped off front bumper, hood crooked, busted headlights, and impact was so hard it bent my left fender too!! And he hit my front passeger side.
Sorry TANNER, i think i have to keep my headlights now. Im very very very sorry man.

Sorry to hear that dude. Just to let you know, just because the police report puts you at fault does not necessary mean you are at fault. Police reports are based on the officer's opinion. They weren't there when accident occurred. Unless there is an independent witness that states you were at fault, you can fight this. Just report this to your insurance company and tell them your side of story.

Thanks everyone, i've been making soo many calls this morning. Tryin to figure everything out. I think im going to pick up my car myself now or tomorrow mornin. Going to rent a UHAUL tow dolly.... Great another long drive....

 

Yeah, good thing me and my 3 friends are all ok. None of us had seatbelts and the impact was pretty hard too!!! I think the accident happened near I35.... but the intersection was black andenson and cameron. Know where im talking about? It was near Club Syndicate because we just came from there. If you know that area, please give me your phone so i can get help with directions. Thanks.
