Would a type s catback fit a non type s?

Would a type s catback fit a non type s?

I dont see where it would run into any problems, but is there anythign that im possibly missing ?

it will fit but the flange on the type-s cat is different from the tl-p. there would need to be a littel cutting and rewelding to make the flanges compatable

Correct it is not a direct bolt on.
