I believe they are identical.

Because I have a 00 CL-P owner who is interested in my neuspeed spring but I don't want to take it out. So I'm thinking if they are the same, I can just swap the whole strut assembly.

Just to be sure....why don't you call local ACURA dealer and ask if it will fit...
I am sure they can tell you right way...
