i placed an under for the 99 tl flamenco black body kit about 2 plus weeks ago. i got one email from them. i had to track the down the dealer in washington state. when i spoke to the guy he was like i got a 00 tl..i was like what? he's like oh..our systems are messed up and it shows u have a 00 tl..i was like listen please ship me the flamenco black that you have on sale for $416...he goes, well we don't have the 2 sides in that color..we have the front and back...and shipping is now $130. I was like what the f*ck!!! i can't believe this ****!...what should i do...?

Cancel the order and talk to your credit card company to put a stop to the payment. You don't want to mees around with that kind of service. Good price or not.

Well, call up the guy and say that you have ordered one product (hopefully you have a reciept in your emails) and now you are getting the wrong feedback from him, the dealer. Its not your fault that his database is messed up. You must be firm.
A good option will be if the dealer asks you to ship back the stuff at the dealer's expense, and he will reship the right part to you at no expense to you.
Also, www.bbb.org Better Business Bureau organization will set the dealer straight if he will refuse to cooperate with you.
