Talking Won Comptech Springs!!!

This is the first time I actualy won anything . Didn't think I would be coming home with a new set of springs installed. Just want to thank Wayne and the entire Park Ave. team for putting together an awesome event. Also to Comptech for the springs themselves and a special thanks to Jens for the excellent work on the install. The springs were installed and the alignment was done all in under 2 hours. Those guys had everything...barbecued food, drinks, giveaways and best of all the expierence . It was great meeting all of you today and hope to see you all again sometime in the near future. Up next...Comptech sways (of course I will get them done only at Park Ave ).

The handling characteristics has certainly changed. I made it a point to take several turns faster than I normally would and I hardly moved in the seat . Can't imagine the sways making it even better but I'll eventually get them put on. The biggest surprise was the ride quality. Thought it would make it harsher but I don't notice a difference. Now I gotta update my signature.

Question

LORD STANLEY - So would you have ever put Comptech springs on your TL if you didn't win them? Did you have any reservations about lowering your car before? Just curious - thanks.

Eventualy yes...It was something that I thought about but was not yet ready to make a commitment for quite some time. I was mostly worried about ride quality but the guys there told me that it wouldn't change much and they were right. The car looks and handles so much better now. I'm glad they're on.

Henry,
Congrats on your new toy. I knew I should have let you and Joey go in front of me first. Enjoy and don't take corners too hard.
