Where can I buy the following?

1) The silver plate (I am not of a name) located by the gear shift. The one that have P, R, N, D, etc

3) The cover of the vents located at each side of the dashboard. They are like triangular shapes grills.

Both parts you can get from the dealer. If you want the plate by the shifter to be chrome and shiny like some members here, you need to have one from the 99 TL and strip the paint from it revealing the chrome underneath. If you have a 00-03 you will need to get that one and paint it chrome (or whatever color you want it to be).
