Arrow Windshield wiper problems.....

Whenever i turn on the wipers they work fine, but they sit slightly higher then they should when I turn them off....they don't move back to their original spot...I have to manually push them back down...

I'm new to the 99 tl i just bought so, could someone tell me are they supposed to go back down toward the hood where they aren't as visible when i turn them off?

Sorry i tried to explain this problem as best as i could...Does anyone else have this prob, and what do i need to do to fix it? new wiper motors or somethign?

Thanks

The wiper motor may be bad. They generally are responsible to "park" the wipers when the switch is turned off. A competent repair shop should be able to diagnose this correctly.

u need to replace the arms on the wiper motor.
mostly just the larger one...and really, it is the plastic connector bearings on the end of the arm that go bad.
it's real easy.
and don't be pushing on them.
you'll make it worse.

i didn't have to take out the wiper motor.
u change the arms with removing the motor.
