Just call the dealer and they can tell you what size wiper you would need. I would measure the wipers for you but my car is in the shop as well.

Here is an old trick that works well...

Your windshield may also have a film of grease and other crap on it that a simple window cleaner can't remove. If so, try this:

Get some Bon-Ami cleaner/cleanser, found in any supermarket.

ONLY USE BON-AMI, not Comet, not anything else, only Bon-Ami won't scratch the glass.

Clean your windshield, then sprinkle a VERY light layer of Bon-Ami, and clean your windshield with it. It will remove all of the accumulated crap sitting on the glass that's causing the haze.

Now your glass will be like new!

If you really want to go 110%, use some Griot's Garage Glass Polish as a final step - it fills in small divets and light scratches.

Rain-X

Rain X will get your windshield very clean, and will provide an extremely water repelent window. This may help your situation.

The only draw back to rainX is that the stuff can build up on your wipers and leave build up on your windshield. This happens after prolonged wiper use, with the wiper rubbing off the rainX.

Many people do not use rainX on the windshield because of this. It still works GREAT on the side windows. I use it on my windshield, and rarely use the wipers.

I also have RainX on. I've been using it for over 6 years. It works best when you're at highway speed and when it's pouring.

I had my wipers on only a few times last week when it was raining while I was on the highway for 30 minutes.

Yeh, I finally got around to trying RainX. Here in South Florida where it rains a lot RainX works well. It also seems to leave the windshield cleaner for a longer time than an un-RainX treated windshield; less dirt build-up.

If you use Zaino -- put coats on the windshield.

I used RainX on my Maxima and Bimmer and the Zaino works better for me. If you are already using the Zaino -- be sure to put it on the glass -- it really works great!

Question Zaino on glass??

I assume you use the z1-z2. On glass??

Does anyone else do this? Do you get problems with build-up on the wipers the way you do with rainX??

If this works, this is the tip of the day.

Lightbulb clean the blade itself too...

One thing you can consider as well is to clean the blade edge itself. What's the point of cleaning the glass when you still have junk on the blade-- you'll spread it across your clean windshield! One inexpensive option that will remove water-soluble and oil-soluble materials is rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) that can be found at any pharmacy.

Just my $0.02.

PS And what about the Zaino? I have the Z1 and Z2...

Exclamation Sal Zaino sez:

Quazi: Can you use Zaino on GLASS? I saw this today on the Acura-tl.com forum. What are the draw backs?

Sal:

Z-6 works great on clean exterior glass. It will leave a high polished finish that repels water and makes the wiper blades work better...

Remember Z-6 is extremely concentrated, a little goes a long way....

Another Tip is... You can also use Z-2 on the exterior windows. The combination of Z-2 and Z-6 is awesome on exterior glass... and preferred by many of my customers. Z-1 is not necessary on glass.

Z-6 is also safe for use on aftermarket window tint.
