windshied film

My 2000 TL has a problem with filmy windows. Every time it rains and I use the windsheid wipers a film appears and makes visability a challenge especially at night when light hits the window. I took the car in for service while under warrenty and they fixed the problem. The car is no longer under warrenty and the problem has reserfaced. Any ideas as to how I can fix it?? Anyone have a similar problem??

I believe it is due to a deteriorated washer fluid container. The actual plastic is deteriorating into the windshield washer fluid, and causing there to be a lot of streaking on the windows.

Take it back to the dealer and see if they will replace it again...
