Window Tinting Exception?
Does having glaucoma pass for a medical exception in having your front windows tinted?
I'm from NJ where you are not allowed to have front windows tinted but i was wondering if they have a medical exception in which you would be able to
If so, what do u need to do to get one and so forth....

what part of jersey?
I am from jersey, don't be scared of Jersey cops, they don't care too much abou tints, even if you do get pulled over, then usually only give warnings.
(maybe ur from the boondocks, then u might have issues)
but i am from somerset, and its cool here. I have had tinits in all my cars for the past 5 years. my tints are pretty dark(20%)
if you get light tints(35%+), then you have nothing to worry about

Loving my 08 TLS!
The risk of getting a ticket really depends on the cop. When I had my old accord, I got one ticket by my OWN township police. What a f*cking a$$. I wasn't speeding, nothing, he just stop me because of my tint and my rice out altezzas. I even pull out my PBA card he still gave me a ticket. But that still didn't stop me in getting my TLS tinted. So far, no problems and let's keep it that way.

I got a ticket
Actually I got a ticket instead of a warning. The cop told my wife that its a warning so, i didn't pay much attention but then after few weeks i got a driver licence suspension notice from DMV and i called up my local police department to find out what the ticket was about and was told that I got a ticket for the front windows TINT.
So, i had to pay that and then i just removed the front tint from the windows.
