yup, unless they are 18" or more i would go for the kits. i'd only get 18 inchers or larger
but then if you get 18, it won't be the price of the kits

The place i live (Montreal)everywhere are holes. So if tires for 18"will be a little too low profile ,then rims will bend easily.

ummm.... i think you can still be ok if you get 225/45/18 tires. you just need to be more careful, which is always the case if you have rims

I will get the rims, it will improve the handling of the car. But I would go with 18s as well. I don't see that much point going up to a 17" but I know what you are saying about all the holes and stuff

can someone explain to me why 18" will improve handling? i know it could help or gain performance (depends on its weight and of course) but how could it help handling?

Definetly get the kit.......if you are gonna spend $800-$900 for rims then you are gonna end up with sum shi+ty rims

WHAT is this BIG fascination with the extra inch? Does it stem from lack in the penis dept??

I THINK:bigger rims=more low profile tires=tires flex less on cornerOriginally posted by rominl

Racer
Go w/the bodykit, 17" are way too small for TL's. 18"'s even look small on TL's.
19"'s all the way baby!

true, but if you are going for performance 19" might not be the best choice Originally posted by tl-kode16

19"s is too big for our car... and you have to keep in mind that big wheel/tire conbied diameter slows down your car, as well as weight.Originally posted by rominl

Now, sure 19's will in theory provide better handling, but... I think it's a bit over kill on the street.
