I found an OEM wing on ebay that is the same color as my car and it says it for 99-01. I have an 02 and since these are the same gen I just wanted to make sure this would fit before I go ahead and purchase it. I would post a link, but I've read links to ebay aren't allowed... It says the color is heather mist and mine is silver satin metalic, how far off would the color shade be?

 

it will fit without problem. however, HMM is more like NGM instead of silver, so you would have to paint it or the shade will be way off. i would paint it even if you had a NGM..

 

alright thanks man. how much would you estimate it to be to just paint the spoiler. Id rather have a genuine acura part them some knock off...

 

It'll prob run like $80-120 to paint, maybe 150 tops. I got my lip spoiler painted for $80, but had many higher quotes. When I say painted, I mean with primer, Flex agent (since I have polyurethane spoiler), base coat, topcoat, and clearcoat. It'll help if your price if you strip the current paint first before taking it to a shop. The color code for the shop to use is in your drivers side door jam too btw in case you didn't know.
