Will RSX wheels fit the TLS?

Stock wheels on the RSX are 16", I was wondering if these would fit on a TLS (for winter wheels).

Its all about the bolt pattern. I'd say find that out first...then worry about wheel size. Just for the record....ours is 5-114

OK, I deleted this b/c I'm an ass. Basically I asked if you were using them as winter tires, but you already said that. Sorry

the rsx does have 5 lugs, so i would expect it to be like most japanese wheels...5x114.3mm. as long as there is enough caliper clearance then they shoud fit.

The spokes on the RSX rims are to thin to look good on the much bigger TL. JMO

Love those Forum experts..

Anyone remember offset and hubcentricity?; these are every bit as important as the bolt pattern.

But aha!....most japanese rims are civics or 4-cylinder accords where they only use 4 bolts.

Question

Why would you want to replace you 17" rims with the 16" ones?

For winter driving if you are getting snow tires and new rims many people recommend going down in diameter and width for better traction. An added benefit is the tire may be cheaper as well.

A friend of mine just got an RSX-S and we're going to swap wheels this weekend just to see how they look.

All signs point to them fitting, however, as the offsets are similar, the lug pattern is the same, and they'll certainly clear the brakes as they have the same sized rotors up front as the TL (that car can STOP).

Unless it snows all through the winter, you are losing a lot of performance during the time when there is no snow or ice if you are going from 17" to 16" and to narrower width.
