I'm getting neons put on this saturday, and I saw someone wrote that the plastic on the bottom of the car won't allow light to shine through, so i'm getting one put into the air dam, and where can i put the rear ones?

you will have to cut a hole in the back to flush it in... if not you are going to have it sticking out..

Bring it to a professional shop and they will do it right just tell them where you want it. Dont do it yourself, you run the risk of messing up your car.
