An intake will not void your warranty and neither will coil overs.

Anyone who tells you different is being straight up with you. Check out www.sema.org They represent aftermarket part manufacturers.

Things like new cams, high compression pistons, and stuff like that will void your warranty on the internal parts of your engine.

Warranty is based on cause and affect. If an aftermarket part did not CAUSE the problem, then it does not AFFECT the warranty. By law the dealership has to prove that the part you added caused the other part(s) to break.

So putting on coilovers or springs won't void the warranty on your shocks???? Cuz they put more wear on your shocks. So does that mean that if My shocks go out because of my springs they will change the shocks under warranty???

When you need warranty work on your shox (ie. need to replace'em), just change your springs back to stock. They'll never know you had lowering springs!

TRUE coilovers come with their own shocks, but springs WOULD void the warranty for you shocks since the spring rate and dampening factor no longer match up.

Just try to use common sense. If you put 120 octane gas in your car, and all your spark plugs foul up, should Honda cover that under warranty? NO, because you used a higher octane gas than you should have. No if your alternator goes out after using 120 octane gas, the alternator would still be covered under warranty.
