Hey guys. I'm very interested in getting this for my 99 TL-P

(The HKS exhaust not the headers). Will it fit? And if someone could clear up the differences between the TL-S and TL-P exhaust systems, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Are you looking at just bolting them on? I am sure a competent muffler shop could weld them no problem. I believe the 99 and 2002 are similar.

Actually, yes I was looking to simply bolt on. So, if I were to buy that exhaust, I would need to make modifications at a shop right?

i think the only problem with those is that u need to extedn them because they arent as long or something. any one wanna comment on this?

I have the HKS Super Dragers on my 2001 TL. The tips are recessed under the bumped about 1 inch.. but they also hang down from the bumper about 1 inch as well. If they were any closer to the plastic, I would be worried, but there is no evidence of any kind of burn mark. Therefore I dont think I will extend mine, they look GREAT as is!
